Discrimination, Harassment, or Misconduct Complaint

KCC understands the importance of confidentiality when reporting discrimination, harassment and sexual misconduct. Complaints are submitted directly to the Title IX coordinator. KCC's Discrimination, Harassment, Misconduct complaint provides details about this process.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911.

Throughout the process, the college will follow its Administrative Procedures for Student Complaints and Grievances of Discrimination and Sexual Harassment.

If an issue is not resolved at the college level, you may file a complaint with the Illinois Board of Higher Education​

Confidential advisors are available 

Through KC-CASA, confidential advisors are available 24/7/365 to victims who wish to remain anonymous when they report a crime that involves sexual violence. Anyone can call for any reason. Callers can say as little or as much as they wish. Caller ID is not used.

Complete the form below to file a complaint electronically. You can submit an anonymous complaint but KCC may be limited in how it can respond/investigate. If you provide contact information, you will receive a response within 12 hours of KCC's receipt of this form.
