The American College Test, ACT, is a national college admissions exam for the subject areas of English, Mathematics, Reading, Science, and Writing. Most U.S. colleges and universities, including KCC, accept ACT results for their admissions process.

Take the ACT at KCC

The exam is scheduled six times per year at KCC's Riverfront Campus. During the exam, students complete 215 multiple-choice questions within an allotted amount of in time for each section.

Visit the ACT website to register, schedule, pay, and find out what to bring on the day of testing.

After arriving at KCC's Riverfront Campus, enter the front doors of the Workforce Development Center building to check in before testing.

  • Due to temperature changes, examinees should dress in layers.
  • You must bring your own ACT approved calculator. KCC will not provide one for you.
